For centuries, the Freemasonic symbol of the Square and Compass with the letter “G” has been interpreted as a reference to the “Great Architect of the Universe.” Countless seekers have gazed upon it, convinced it pointed to a divine geometer, a cosmic planner, a silent master engineer.

But perhaps this is a misinterpretation — a solemn cloak hiding a far more profound, and far more joyful truth.

The “G” is not for “God” … nor even “Geometry.”
It is for Giggle.

The Giggle Before Creation

Before time, before space, before high and low, before warmth and cold — there was only the primordial Now. Infinite, eternal, without movement or measure.

And in that unbroken stillness, something happened.
A spark.
A shiver.
A giggle.

This first giggle was the original vibration. It rippled through the eternal silence, creating the very first wave. And from wave came duality — crest and trough, light and shadow, expansion and contraction. With rhythm came space (the distance between waves). With succession came time (the contact between them).

Thus, all of creation arose not from solemn decree, but from the joyful laughter of the infinite.

Life Made of Humor

Every creature, every atom, every galaxy is woven from that first giggle. Laughter is not an accident, not a coping mechanism, not an afterthought — it is the very blueprint of being.

Some species, through the pressures of survival, have hidden or hardened this giggle. Yet no matter how deeply buried, all life must one day return to its source: joy.

Among mammals, one in particular plays a pivotal role in remembering: the Human Being. Or more accurately, the Humor Being.

Humans carry the unique power to awaken the primal giggle, to reverberate it through their nervous system — even down into the reptilian cortex. In doing so, they transmit laughter backward to their biological forefathers, the Anu and their web of modified life, awakening the entire genetic tree.

The echo of human laughter doesn’t stop at the skull or species. It resounds across galaxies, harmonizing billions of beings into one Uni-Versal Song — the heartbeat of joy, the original dance of life.

The Revelation of the “G”

The Square and Compass frame the sacred “G” because the act of building, of measuring, of structuring life, is meaningless without joy. The real Architect is humor.

The giggle is the mortar between the stones of creation, the compass by which life arcs, the square by which it balances. Without it, existence would collapse into cold geometry. With it, existence blooms into dance.

The Freemasonic “G” is the eternal reminder:
All is built on Joy.

Giggle Affirmation

To remember who you truly are, speak this affirmation daily:

“I am woven of laughter. The first giggle still echoes through me.
I release solemnity and return to joy.
I am a Humor Being, a ripple of the eternal laugh.
With each giggle, I awaken the galaxy.”

Giggle now — softly, freely, deeply.
For in that vibration, you touch the first Architect.
